WATERLOO - Ruthann O. Dorn, 66, of Wisconsin Dells, Wis., formerly of Waterloo, died Monday, April 25, of cancer.

She was born March 29, 1945, in Sayner, Wis., daughter of Thomas Edward and Magdalena Amelia Rothmeyer Olson. She married Jonathan C. Cook in 1964 in Sayner, and they later divorced. She married Robert G. Dorn on July 17, 1993, in Waterloo,

She graduated from Eagle River High School in Eagle River, Wis., in 1963 and attended University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Survived by her husband; a daughter, Jennifer Ann (Sean) Jindrich of Monona, Wis.; a son, Jeremy Nathan (Andrea) Cook of Madison, Wis.; six stepchildren, Bryon Dorn of Dubuque, Todd Dorn of Houston, Bruce (Deb), Laurie (Jeff) Miller of Whitewater, Lana Bowers of Dodgeville, Wis., and Tonya (Shane) Jones of Lake Geneva, Wis.; a granddaughter; 13 stepgrandchildren; a sister, Marjorie O'Brien of Rahway, N.J.; a brother, Harold (Judy) Olson of Irma; two sisters-in-law; and two brothers-in-law.

Preceded in death by two sisters, Nancy Olson and Violet Rothmeyer; and two brothers, Joseph and William Olson.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Walnut Hill Bible Church, Baraboo, Wis., with burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Public visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Redlin Funeral Home, Baraboo, and for an hour before services Friday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to Home Health United Hospice Care Baraboo and St. Joseph School Tuition Assistance Fund.
