CEDAR FALLS - Deborah Marie Holder, 55, of Cedar Falls, died at her home Tuesday, April 19, from complications of diabetes.
She was born Oct. 22, 1955, in West Union, daughter of Milfred Otto and Lorraine "Peg" Martin Schultz. She married Blaine M. Holder on Oct. 2, 1993, in Virginia City, Nev.
Mrs. Holder was a 1975 graduate of Cedar Falls High School and graduated from Hawkeye Institute of Technology with an associate's degree. She worked with production systems at KWLO Radio.
Survived by her husband; four sons, Matthew and Christopher Reisinger, both of Reno, Nev., Kyle Holder of Fairbanks, Alaska, and Aaron Holder of Anchorage, Alaska; a daughter, Virginia Holder of Cedar Falls; two grandchildren, Brandon and Kasey Reisinger; her mother, Lorraine "Peg" Schultz Borglum of Cedar Falls; a brother, Gil (Dianne) Schultz of Cedar Falls; and a sister, Gail (Bill) Corwin of Cedar Falls.
Preceded in death by her father.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Nazareth Lutheran Church. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, and for an hour before services Tuesday at the church.
Memorials may be directed to Christian Crusaders, St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Eldorado, or the American Diabetes Foundation.
