WATERLOO - William "Bennie" Bagg, 74, of Waterloo, died Tuesday, April 12, at Covenant Medical Center of natural causes.

He was born Oct. 8, 1936, in Cedar Falls, son of Frank and Zellda Riker Bagg. He married Sandra Hardee, and they later divorced.

Mr. Bagg had been employed by Moyer's Landscaping, Boysen's Produce, Martin Brothers and was self-employed in metal recycling.

Survived by six sons, Bill (Anita), Bob (Sheila), Terry (Annette) and Bennie, all of Waterloo, and Jerry and Jimmy, both of Evansdale; a daughter, Collene (James Schares) Bagg of Waterloo; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Oliver (Peggy) Bagg of New Kirk, Okla., and Richard Bagg and Hubert Hatcher; and a sister, Alda Warren of Oklahoma.

Preceded in death by two brothers; two half brothers; two sisters; and three half sisters.

Visitation-luncheon 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Harvest Vineyard Church, 715 E. Fourth St. The body will not be present. Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel assisted the family.

Memorials may be directed to the family in care of Bob Bagg, 922 Lincoln St., Waterloo 50703.
