WATERLOO - Susie B. Leaman, 95, of Manor Care Health Services, died there Wednesday, April 6, of natural causes.

She was born May 19, 1915, in Waterloo, daughter of Parker and Nora Yeries Kelley. She married Paul Leaman on June 29, 1935, in Waterloo. He died March 9, 2000.

Mrs. Leaman was a member of First Brethren (Hammond Avenue) Church and of UAW Local 838.

Survived by a son, Donald (Mary Margaret) of Iowa City; two granddaughters, Donna (Jeff) Aubrey of Plano, Texas, and Ellen (Tim) Stidham of Dyer, Ind.; and four great-grandchildren, Ryan and Brandon Aubrey, both of Plano, and Sarah and Rachel Stidham, both of Dyer.

Preceded in death by two sisters, Harriett Byrnes and LaRue Pedersen

Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday at Hammond Avenue Brethren Church, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation for an hour before services Monday at the church. Locke Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to Iowa Hospice.
