EVANSDALE - Patricia Lee Wiest, 67, of Evansdale, died at home Friday, Feb. 25, of natural causes.

She was born Aug.13, 1943, in Morton, Minn., daughter of Jim and Wilma Emerson Clancy. She married Robert Wiest on Aug. 17, 1961, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Waterloo.

Mrs. Wiest was employed at Target in Waterloo.

Survived by her husband; a son, Greg of Waterloo; a daughter, Suzanne (Gordon) Cox of Cedar Rapids; six grandchildren, Alyssa Wiest, Amanda Wiest, Dakota Paeper, Mariah Cox, Nicole Cox and Chelsea Cox; two brothers, Mike Clancy of Waterloo and Larry (Bev) Clancy of Broomfield, Colo.; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, where there will be a 4 p.m. Legion of Mary rosary and 7 p.m. vigil service. Visitation also an hour before services Tuesday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the church or Cedar Valley Hospice.

Patricia's family would like to thank Cedar Valley Hospice, especially Jennifer and Gayla for their care. We would also like to thank our family, friends and neighbor's for all their support.
