WATERLOO - Dennis Cullinan, 59, of Waterloo, died Friday, Feb. 25, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home.

He was born May 17, 1951, in Clarion, son of Dale and Erma Schroeder Cullinan.

Mr. Cullinan was a teacher at Ames High School, Ames.

Survived by his wife Barbara; two daughters, Shannon (Josh) Peek and Casey Cullinan; a son, Chad; a grandson, Samuel Peek; his mother; two brothers, Scott (Mary) and Barry; a sister, Vicki (Pete) Nily; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his father; and a brother, Kevin.

Memorial services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Nazareth Lutheran Church, Cedar Falls. The family will receive friends after the services at a luncheon in the fellowship hall of the church. Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made in his name to the William R. Bliss Cancer Center at Mary Greeley Medical Center, 1111 Duff Ave., Ames 50010, in lieu of flowers.
