CEDAR FALLS - Frank Allen Clark, 64, of Cedar Falls, died Monday, Jan. 24, at Dumont Care Center, Dumont.

He was born Feb. 12, 1946, in Mason City, son of John W. and Betty I. Hill Clark.

He attended River Hills School for a number of years. In 1978 he entered the EPI Program and moved into the new Lark Lane Group Home in Waterloo. Years later he moved to the Fairway Group Home in Waterloo. He was in the Choice Program at the Deery Center in Waterloo, and was a member of Prairie Lakes Church.

Survived by: his father of Cedar Falls.

Preceded in death by: his mother; and a sister, Nancy Irene Clark.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Richardson Funeral Home, with inurnment at a later date in Washington Chapel Cemetery. Public visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials: may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.
