WATERLOO - Emmagene Washington, 64, of Waterloo, died Friday, Nov. 19, at Allen Hospital of natural causes.

She was born May 12, 1946, in Waterloo, daughter of Eliger Robinson Jr. and Jennie Mae Rainey. She married James Edward Goodson Jr. in 1965 in Waterloo; they later divorced. She married William Washington Jr. in 1969 in Waterloo. He preceded her in death.

She retired from John Deere Waterloo Tractor Works after 32 years of services.

Survived by: a common-law husband, Mose Story Jr.; three daughters, Shonda (Terence) Taylor and Philecia (David) Banks, both of Waterloo and Jennie Mae Washington; a daughter-in-law, Darnaija Cooper of Waterloo; seven sons, Rob Robinson of Minneapolis, Quinn (Brook) Goodson of Cedar Rapids, Dentonious (Vinneator) Washington, Maurice Washington, Shaun Washington, Joseph Washington and Deondrae Washington, all of Waterloo; two brothers, Andrew (Rhonda) Robinson of Waterloo and David Robinson of Milwaukee; 40 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: her parents; a daughter, Rosemary Goodson; and a brother, Eliger Robinson III.

Services: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Union Missionary Baptist Church, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Public visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Sanders Funeral Service, and for an hour before services Wednesday at the church.

Memorials: may be directed to the family at 402 Ankeny St., where they will be receiving friends
