HOWARD R. NEWLON

Funeral services for Howard R. Newlon, 38, of 614 Kirkwood Ave., who was killed Wednesday in a truck-train collision at Lockport, Illinois, are set for 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Calvary Bible Church at Washburn.

Mr. Newlon was born to Harry A. and Anna Mary Newlon, at Stanley, Wisconsin, April 18, 1920, and married the former Justine Yvonne Zink, March 28, 1938, at Lancaster, Missouri.

He is survived by his wife; his parents; three children: Richard R., Judy K. and Jerry D., all at home; three brothers: Charles, of 1117 Independence Ave., Roy, of Anchorage, Alaska, and Loyd, of 310 Iowa St.

Other survivors are five sisters: Mrs. Della Adams, Garber, Iowa, Mrs. Gladys Goodman and Mrs. Opal Robinson, both of Neenah, Wisconsin, Mrs. Florence Lund, Stanley, Wisconsin, and Mrs. Alic Wiston, Charles City, and a maternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Reitzinger, Brighton.

Officiating for services will be the Rev. Sargeant H. Lusthoff, pastor of the Washburn Church. Burial will be in the Washburn cemetery.
