Jack E. "Mad Dog" Westcott, age 55, of Waterloo, Iowa died November 5, 2010 at home. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 12, 2010 at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with inurnment in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Jack was born December 4, 1954 in West Union, Iowa, son of Daryl and Darlene (Van Brocklyn) Westcott. He was an avid volunteer having volunteered with the Make-A-Aish Foundation, Harleys-n-Hot Rods, and the salvation Army.

He was preceded in death by his mother, his paternal grandparents Gerald and Ollie Westcott, and his grandparents Walter and Marie Van Brocklyn.

He is survived by a daughter, Jenny Westcott of Cedar Falls, Iowa, 3 grandchildren Destiny, Dakota, and Danika; his father Daryl Westcott of Guttenberg, Iowa; and 2 sisters, Rhonda Hruska of Waterloo, Iowa and Mrs. Bob (Gail) Sims of Guttenberg, Iowa.
