WATERLOO - Dolores A. Elliott, 86, of Waterloo, died Thursday, July 29, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home.

She was born July 12, 1924, in Templeton, daughter of Frank and Magdalena Rohm Domayer. She married Clinton "Speed" Elliott Oct. 3, 1943, in Denver. He died in 1985.

She graduated from Templeton Catholic School. She operated the Big T Lunch Café and worked at Hawkeye Photo as a film processor, retiring in 1985. She volunteered through RSVP at Allen Hospital for 16 years and with Partners in Education.

Survived by: a son, Jim (Pam) Elliott of Cedar Falls; a daughter, Judy (Jim) Hurd of Waterloo; five grandchildren, Joelle (Scott) Strader, Dawn (Brian) Wallbaum, Jeremy Elliott, Nicolle Lavenz and Dustin DeSerano; nine great-grandchildren; and a brother, Gene Domayer of California.

Preceded in death by: a great-grandson; and her brothers and sisters.

Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, with burial in Garden of Memories. Public visitation from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories.

Memorials: may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.
