WATERLOO - Anna L. Leisinger, 87, of Waterloo, formerly of Denver, died Wednesday, June 30, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home.

She was born Dec. 12, 1922, in Mount Vernon Township, daughter of Louie and Meta Rohrssen Heidemann. She married Loren W. Leisinger on Dec. 12, 1943, in Mount Vernon Township. He died March 13, 2007.

Mrs. Leisinger worked in the clerical office of Rath Packing Co. for 36 years, retiring in 1984.

Survived by: a son, Loren Jr. (Suanne) of Cedar Falls; a sister, Melba Tate of Harlingen, Texas; a brother, Leslie Heidemann of Red Lions, Pa.; three grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

Preceded in death by: three brothers, Ervin, Louis and Milton Heidemann.

Services: 3:30 p.m. Friday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation from 1:30 p.m. until services Friday at the funeral home.
