WATERLOO - Grace Elizibeth Rosauer, 5-day-old daughter of Matthew and Jill Jeffries Rosauer, died Friday, June 18, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, of trisomy 18 syndrome

She was born June 13, 2010, in Iowa City.

Survived by: her parents of Waterloo; a brother, Benjamin; paternal grandparents, Wayne and Ann Rosauer of Dysart; maternal grandparents, Pat and Nancy Jeffries of Waterloo; paternal great-grandparents, Eugene Rosauer of Dysart and Joan Phelps of Rockford, Ill.; and maternal great-grandparents, Ted Klockner of Washburn and Lois Nielsen of La Porte City, and Jim and Peg Jeffries of Waterloo

Preceded in death by: paternal great-grandparents, Margaret Rosauer and Owen Phelps.

Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's of Mount Carmel, Eagle Center, with burial in West View Cemetery, La Porte City. Public visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Parrott and Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service.
