Death Message Comes To Widow

William Coulstock Dies on Way Overseas as British Soldier -- Left Here Sept. 2.

Mrs. William Coulstock, 810 Eighth street west, has been notified by cablegram from the British war department of the death of her husband Oct. 6. He was a member of the British expeditionary forces and was on his way overseas when he died. No information is given as to the cause of death but it is assumed that it was influenza.

Private Coulstock left Waterloo Sept. 2 for Chicago where he enlisted thru a British recruiting mission and on Sept. 4 he went to Nova Scotia where he embarked. He is survived by his widow and two-year-old daughter, a sister, Mrs. J. Collins, and a brother, Leonard Coulstock, Waterloo, and his father in Kent, England.

He was born in England and came to the United States about 11 years ago. Mrs. Coulstock has been in this country about seven years. The couple was married in Waterloo four years ago. Mrs. Coulstock has no relatives either in England or America.
