CEDAR FALLS, IOWA — Janet Weekley Stewart, of Cedar Falls, went to be with our Lord on May 14, 2010.

She was one of six children of Ted and Gladys Weekley, born Jan. 17, 1936. She was a seamstress for Powers Manufacturing and went on to get her aviation pilot’s license. Janet loved life, her dog "Lizzy," family and all of her many friends. She will forever be deeply missed by all of us she left behind.

In celebration of her life, there will be a graveside gathering at 11 a.m. Thursday at Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery and Chapel, 3430 W. Fourth St., Waterloo.

Park at the chapel and walk straight down between the two trees.
