WATERLOO — Marguerite J. "Marge" Kuenstling, 83, of Waterloo, died Sunday, Feb. 21, at Eldora Nursing & Rehab Center, Eldora, of natural causes.

She was born Sept. 30, 1926, in Waterloo, daughter of Oscar Herman and Leone A. Mergen Wolter. She married Herbert M.

Kuenstling on Oct. 15, 1949, in Waterloo. He died May 3, 1977.

Mrs. Kuenstling was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School.

Survived by: two daughters, Kathleen (Dennis Roemig) Kuenstling of Amana and Cheryl (Mark) Murray of Russellville, Ark.; three sons, Tom (Stacy) of Oakland, Calif., Mark (Ann) of Knoxville and Jon (Dot) of Circle Pines, Minn.; five grandchildren, Gina, Bridget, Jenny, Carly and Matt; three great-grandchildren, L.J., Matthew and Jack; two brothers, Bud (Pat) Wolter and Paul (Mary Lou) Wolter, both of Waterloo; and two sisters, Dorothy Marquis and Mary Lou Sadler, both of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by: a daughter, Barbara.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, where there will be a 7 p.m. rosary. Visitation also an hour before services Thursday at the church.
