WATERLOO — Conor Sullivan, 42, of Waterloo, formerly of California, died at home Jan. 18.

He was born Jan. 9, 1968, in San Francisco, son of Mike and Suzi Sullivan. He graduated from Mariposa High School, Mariposa, Calif., and moved to Waterloo in 1995. He worked for Dave Bartlett Construction Co. and for the last five years owned and operated Sullivan Construction Co.

Survived by: his fiancee, Patty McAhren; a son, Patrick of California; his mother, Suzi (Tony) Rodriguez of Colorado Springs, Colo.; his father, Mike (Lynn) Sullivan of Merced, Calif.; three sisters, Lisa, Deirdre and Michelle; and two brothers, Neil and Chris.

Preceded in death by: a brother, Sean.

Celebration of Life service: 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday at The Screaming Eagle, downtown Waterloo. Services are pending in Mariposa.

Memorials: may be sent to P.O. Box 422, Dysart, IA 52224 to be used for his son’s education.

Conor enjoyed landscaping, boating, camping and spending time with his fiancee’s family.

All who knew him are encouraged to come and help celebrate his life.
