CEDAR FALLS - Esther Anne Armstrong, 46, of Cedar Falls, died Wednesday, Dec. 30, at Covenant Medical Center following an extended illness.

She was born April 13, 1963, in Cedar Falls, daughter of Jack and the late Eunice Willett. She married William Armstrong on Nov. 17, 1983, in Oklahoma City. He died March 22, 2009.

She grew up attending Cedar Falls Schools, followed by service in the U.S. Army, and she spent her remaining years raising her family.

Survived by: two sons, Jesse and Nic, both of Cedar Falls; her father, Jack (Boots) Willett of Cedar Falls; and two brothers, Mike (Sue) Willett of Cedar Falls and Mitch (Yvonne) Willett of Glendale, Ariz.

Preceded in death by: her mother, Eunice Willett, on Aug. 9, 1976.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday at Richardson Funeral Home, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Public visitation from 11 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home.
