WATERLOO - Chad Joe O'Connell, 37, of Harmony House Health Care Center, died there Thursday, Nov. 19, of natural causes.

He was born Nov. 17, 1972, in Iowa City, son of Thomas Leo and Patricia Ann Parmer O'Connell.

Preceded in death by: paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Bertha O'Connell; and maternal grandfather, Loren Parmer.

Survived by: maternal grandmother, Marilyn Parmer of Evansdale; his father of Waterloo; his mother, Pat Kidrowski of Waterloo; and two sisters, Amanda (John Jungen) and Nicole O'Connell, both of Evansdale.

Family-directed memorial services: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Glad Tidings Assembly of God, preceded by an hour of visitation. Burial will be at a later date. Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service, assisted the family.
