WATERLOO - Geraldine “Gerry” Nading Boesen, 82, of Waterloo, died Tuesday, Nov. 17, at the Kahl Home in Davenport.

She was born Sept. 5, 1927, in Delaware County, daughter of Volner E. and Minnie M. Harbaugh Nading. She married Joseph C. Boesen on June 18, 1949, in Waterloo. He died July 29, 1996.

She was employed as a secretary for the Waterloo School District for 23 years, retiring Aug. 1, 1989.

Survived by: three sons, Michael (Lisa) of East Moline, Ill., and Rick and Kris (Kelly), both of Waterloo; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Angel (Steve) Lyle of Davenport.

Preceded in death by: a half brother, Edward Nading.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Waterloo Memorial Park Chapel, with burial in the cemetery. Public visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, and for an hour before services Monday at the chapel.
