WATERLOO - Sharon M. Cunningham, 66, of Waterloo, died Monday, Nov. 2, at Covenant Medical Center.

She was born May 1, 1943, in Waterloo, daughter of Elmer John and Jenetta Mae Haddeman Powers.

Ms. Cunningham graduated from Waterloo East High School in 1961.

Survived by: three sons, Scott (Roberta) Fetters of Little Rock, Ark., Kelly Fetters of Des Moines and Shawn (Misty) Fetters of Springfield, Mo.; a daughter, Tanya Thompson of Springfield; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one on the way; two brothers, John and Ed (Tami) Powers, both of Waterloo; and three sisters, Karla (Rick) McNelly and Linda (Bruce) Schaffer, both of Waterloo, and Pam (Mike) Mann of Las Vegas.

Preceded in death by: her parents; and two sons, Kevin Todd Fetters and Michael James Fetters.

Family-directed memorial service: 2 p.m. Thursday at Parkview Gardens Nursing and Rehab Center. Private family services pending in Springfield. Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service, assisted the family.

Sharon was very active with the resident council at Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center. She also loved to play bingo there and had many prizes to show for it. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
