WATERLOO - Arrlowayne L. Parker, 80, of Friendship Village, died there Thursday, Oct. 22.

She was born Nov. 14, 1928, in Morra, Minn., daughter of Albert and Louise Kaslow. She married Norman W. Parker on July 14, 1951, in St. Paul, Minn.; he died Sept. 29, 1993.

Mrs. Parker graduated from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minn., taught third grade art and later substitute taught in the Waterloo community elementary schools.

Survived by: a son, Dr. Brett L. (Nancy Hunter) of Stony Brook, N.Y.; two granddaughters, Hannah Hunter Parker of Middlebury, Vt., and Katie Parker of Stony Brook; and two sisters, Joy (Kelly) Schrunk and Jean (Charles) Mealman, both of Minneapolis.

Preceded in death by: her parents; and her husband.

Memorial services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Friendship Village Chapel, preceded by burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday at Locke Funeral Home.
