LOUIS A. KROLL

Louis A. Kroll, 60, former Waterloo resident and brother of Fred C. Kroll, 216 First street west, died Wednesday night of pneumonia at his home in Oskaloosa, Ia., according to word received here.

Mr. Kroll was born May 5, 1876 in Waterloo, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Kroll. He attended Waterloo schools. As a youth he went to Oskaloosa, Ia. and Galesburg, Ill., and spent most of his life in those two cities. He was unmarried.

Surviving besides the brother are two sisters, Mrs. Fred W. Wieland, 563 Burton avenue and Mrs. J.C. Knudson, 205 Williston avenue. Three brothers, Carl, George and Emil preceded him in death.

Services were conducted Thursday afternoon in Oskaloosa, and the body will be brought to Waterloo Friday morning, with private burial services to be held by the family at Elmwood cemetery.

Fred C. Kroll and Mrs. Wieland left early Thursday for Oskaloosa.
