Albert Lee Lichty, 58, died at 6:15 p. m. Wednesday at 909 Randolph street, where he made his home with two sisters, Misses Etta and Mae Lichty. Death was caused by a complication of deseases.

Albert Lichty was born on a farm in orange township Jan. 18, 1879, the son of Josiah and Elizabeth Budd Lichty. As a man he worked as a farm hand on farms in Orange township. He came to Waterloo several years ago to make his home. Lichty was a member of the First Brethren church.

Surviving are four sisters, Etta and Mae Lichty, Mrs. Oscar Cook, Route 3, and Mrs. Genevieve Klein, 325 Eleventh street west, and three brothers, J. B. and W. O. Lichty, Tracy, Minn., and F. R. Lichty, Long Beach, Cal.

The body was taken to the Petersen Bros. funeral home.
