Wm. Schwarting of Idaho
Died As Result Of
Blood Poisoning

William Schwarting died Satur-
day evening, October 31, at his
home in Challis, Idaho, of blood
poisoning which was contracted as
a result of an insect bite. He is a
son of Mrs. Anna Schwarting of
southeast of Exira and she in com-
pany with her sons and daughters
who reside in this territory,
Clarence and Anna Tibben and
John Heckman were in Challis to
attend the funeral services whch
were held last Thursday.

He was born July 22, 1881, near
Exira and spent his early life in
this community. He was married
at Hampton, Nebraska, on May 8,
1908. In 1912, he and his family
moved to Idaho Falls, Idaho, where
they resided until 1928 when they
moved to Challis.

His survived by his wife, Mrs.
Minnie Schwarting, and four chil-
dren, Mrs. Golden McLeod of
Santa Monica, California; Mrs.
Milton Deschamps, Miss Erma
Schwarting and Walter Schwart-
ing, all of Challis; his mother, Mrs.
Anna Schwarting, of Exira; six
brothers, Sam, Henry and Dave
Schwarting of Exira; Herman of
Adair, Leonard and John of
Michigan, Mrs. Mary Heckman of
Guthrie Center and Mrs. Clarence
Prohaska of Adair.

Note: Parents of William F. Schwarting were William C. or G. Schwarting and Anna Dutler.
