Allen Radcliff Died
Early Tuesday Morning

Allen Radcliff, died at his home
east of town at 4 o'clock Tuesday
morning. He had lived his entire
lifetime on the farm with his bro-
thers.

He was born December 10, 1871,
a son of William and Melinda C.
Hamlin Radcliff. His parents
preceded him in death, also two
sisters and two brothers.

He is survived by four brothers,
Wm. H. of St. Patrick, Missouri;
Chas. A. of Lincoln, Nebraska; Ed-
ward and George of near Exira;
two sisters, Mrs. Chas. Phippen of
Exira and Mrs. Ansil Morland of
Des Moines and a number of niec-
es and nephews.

Funeral services are being held
this afternoon at the home con-
ducted by the Rev. Chas. R. Hagee,
pastor of the Exira Christian
church. Burial will be in the Exira
cemetery.

Note: His WWI draft card says he was born in 1873, his obituary says 1871 and the WPA survey says 1870.
