Former Audubon County
Resident Died In West--------
Mrs. Olive Hallock of Long
Beach, California, formerly a
resident of this county, died Sat-
urday at her home following a
long illness. She was 65 years of
age.Mrs. Hallock was born near
Brayton and resided in that com-
munity until some 35 years ago
when she moved to Atlantic and
later to California. She is survived
by two children, Mrs. George
Runge and Claude Hallock, both
of Long Beach, California; two
brothers, Charles Jenkins of
Canada and Haden Jenkins of
Idaho, three sisters, Mrs. Mar-
garet Sykes of Brayton and Mrs.
W. A. Glass and Mrs. Ernest Cot-
ton of Miami, Florida, and one
grandchild, Neal Runge.The body was brought to At-
lantic Wednesday and funeral
services are being held this af-
ternoon at the Brayton Baptist
church. Burial will be in Oakfield

Mrs. Olive Jenkins Hallock
passed away last Friday at Long
Beach, California, after a linger-
ing illness. The remains will ar-
rive here Wednesday, accompanied
by her son and daughter-in-law,
Mr. and Mrs. Claude Hallock, and
her son-in-law and daughter, Mr.
and Mrs. George Runge, and their
son, Neal. Funeral services will
be held at the Brayton church
Thursday afternoon.Note: Her parents were Benjamin Franklin Jenkins and Josephine Gilbert. Her husband was Clarence Keese Hallock.
