Mrs. Axelsen Died at
Nevada Last Week

Mrs. L. Axelsen, for many years a
resident of this county, died Tuesday
of last week at Nevada, where she had
made her home the past few months.
Death was caused by apoplexy.

Funeral services werre held Thurs-
day afternoon in the Adventist
church west of town and burial was in
the church cemetery.

Mrs. Axelsen was 73 years of age.
She was born in Denmark and had
lived in the county 53 years. For a
number of years the family home was
west of Exira the place being traded
to Chris Jessen only last year. She
is survived by Lawrence Axelsen of
Nevada.
