WELL KNOWN AUDUBON
MERCHANT DIED SUNDAY---------
Martin Larsen died early Sunday
morning at Audubon following a short
illness. The deceased man was about
sixty-five years of age. He had been
a resident of this county for about
forty years.Mr. Larsen came to this country in
1881 and in 1885 started a harness
shop at Elk Horn. After two years in
business there he moved to Audubon
where he opened a similar business.
Mr. Larsen never married and had
made his home with one family during
the past twenty years or more.He is survived by a sister in Den-
mark, and several neices and nephews.
Two sisters and two brothers preceded
him in death.Funeral services were held at the
Danish Lutheran church in Audubon
Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock,
conducted by Rev. F. C. M. Hansen.
Burial was in Maple Grove cemetery
at Audubon.
