LOCAL ITEMS

Miss Vera Wissler underwent an
operation for appendicitis and had her
tonsils removed Monday at a hospital
in Sioux City. She is recovering in
nice shape from the operations. Miss
Vera only recently recoverd from an
attack of scarlet fever, so it seems
her afflictions are all coming in a
bunch.

Note: Vera Audrey Wissler (1901-1954) was married in 1935 to Carl Bridgeman (1894-1982). Her parents were John William "Will" Wissler (1864-1939) and Ida Louise Bruner (1881-1968).
