Thank you to everyone who has responded to my posting about Manson Cox and so quickly too. One of the best responses I have ever rec'd. Thanks again to all of you. Just to record what I have now Manson Cox b 1817 Jefferson County, TN d. Sept 5, 1884, Unionville, IA. Married Elizabeth Loyd Oct 11 1939 Jefferson County TN. Elizabeth born 1819 Jefferson County TN, died May 24, 1905. Their son Evander Lafayette Cox, b Mar 14, 1858 Appanoose County, IA, d. Aug 26, 1917 Unionville, IA. Evander married Armilda Matherly on April 14, 1880. According to the 1860 census Evander had a twin name Erastus who died in childhood. Manson, Elizabeth and Evander buried at Unionville Cemetery, Unionville IA.
