in rechecking the Appanoose probate index there is another beaver case - Samuel beaver, 1855 with Joanna beaver as/guardian. since the tombstone for Michael says he died in 1855 the same year.... this is probably Michael's son. George and mary j beaver cases were also guardianships. their probate number was #385. Michael's probate number is #73 and Samuel's was #1000
