Charles D. Long, Jessie McConnell

LONG, MCCONNELL, SHEPPARD, WARNER, YARNELL

I am looking for information about a Charles D. Long who was postmaster in Pearl City, Appanoose County, in the 1890s.

I am also looking for information about a Jessie May (?) McConnell, who would have been in her (his?) teens in the 1890s in the town of Moulton.

I have no idea who these people were or how they are connected to my family, but I recently found their names on documents that belonged to my grandparents and those surnames have never come up in my research.

If they are in fact related to me in some way, then the surnames that most likely would be connected to them would be Sheppard, Warner, or Yarnell - but that's just a guess.

I'd really appreciate any help that anyone can offer. The above is all the information I really have.
