Deaths

Mrs. Martha Hahn, 40, died at the St Joseph Hospital Saturday, Sept 24, 1960 2 p.m. Funeral services will be from the Swanson Chapel Tuesday September 27, 1960 with Rev. Simms officiating, with burial at the Highland Cemetery.

Sudden Death
Mystic . . . Mrs. Martha Hahn, 40, died of a cerebral hemorrhage Saturday evening. Sept 24, 1960.
Mrs. Hahn had gone out to milk a goat at her home when the sudden attack occurred. When she failed to return to the house, her husband went to look for her and found her unconscious.
She was rushed to the St Joseph Hospital in Centerville, but was pronounced dead shortly after her arrival here. Born August 13, 1920, in Putnam County, Mo., Mrs. Hahn was the daughter of Andrew and Lola Hymes. She was married to Peter Hahn in 1944.
Surviving are her husband, two brothers, Bob of Muscatine and Dan of Santa Monica. Calif. and one sister, Mrs. Gladys Phien, also of Santa Monica. The body is at the Swanson Funeral Chapel here. Funeral plans have not been completed.

Peter Hahn Rites Tuesday

Unionville, Mo.— Peter Valentine Hahn passed away Saturday, July 13, at the Veterans Hospital in Iowa City. He was a resident of Mystic, Iowa, and was 70 years of age. He is survived by his wife, Iva.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 16 at 1 p.m. at the Husted Funeral Home in Unionville, Mo., with Jerry Reece officiating. Burial will be in the Lone Pine cemetery.
