I am looking for any information on a court case I came across yesterday in research, Margaret J Wallace was on trial for murder from 1856-1858.

Does anyone by chance know anything about this? I am wondering if the images that are posted would most likely be all the records regarding this or if there is more stating who she murdered and what the outcome was. I am not sure where to head next to look things up as I live in another state.

I am also trying to figure out who her parents are. I am trying to find out if it's the same Margaret J Wallace that is my 3x great grandfather's sister.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
