i applied and recieved from the national personnel records file information on my grandfather clannie c earles . The information included his file on Navy service in 1913 and finger prints . while the info is not in his favor and includes on unfavorable discharge it is facts. included was pay information . duty station and true date of birth . I believe he went into the first world war and served in europe but have not recieved any info on that . can anyone verify the ww1 info . also can i send the documents to someone to post on this site for me ? thank you . joanne
