Yes, William's death certificate (1925) does list parents as:
Chas. W. MORRISON
Emma Keen

If I find his birth certificate in Iowa, then maybe that will be confirmed and help link to Appanoose county Morrisons. But, I am not convinced they are from Appanoose, could be another Charles Morrison also born in Iowa. But since William was born in Mystic, that seemed likely.

I don't know history of Mystic, but it could be people moved there to work in the mines and maybe Charles isn't from the same county as his son was born? I started researching places instead of names when I couldn't find anything.
