I am looking for any information about my Gt. Grandparents Jordan and Saline Holloway Stevens. They lived in Brown Co. up until about the late 1850's. At which time the came to Iowa/Missouri. Would like to find the parents of Saline.

George Washington Stevens was born in Brown Co., Son of Jordan and Saline Stevens also of Brown Co. Jordans' Father was Amos Stevens, his mother was Mary(?), Amos' second wife was Catherine Newkirk, also from Brown Co. They left sometime after 1854 and lived in both Appanoose Co. Ia and Schuyler Co. Missouri.

Those posts a quite a few years old. I believe this is the person who posted them. You could email her to see if she has additional information.
