Appanoose marriage ca. 1915

My great-grandfather was apparently married several times. In a letter circa 1915 from one of his aunts to another, there is mention of "Roger (Blosser) and Mildred" running off to get married today in Centerville.

Roger Blosser was born in 1895 in Moulton. Does anyone know who Mildred could be? Is there a resource to look up a marriage around this time period? It could go a few years either direction.
