At the residence of H. L. Halliday in Livingston, this county, Charles W. Landers. H e was born in New Haven, N. Y. December 31st, 1862. Last year he came west on account of impaired health, and has since been a resident of our county. He was taken with typhoid fever some four weeks since, and peacefully passed away to rest November 3rd, 1881. Charles possessed many rare traits of character, which commended him to those who knew him. He united with the M. E. church at the age of 12 years, and remained a member of the same up to his death. In his death, Mrs. Halliday loses a son whom she justly prized. He was the only brother of Mr. Geo. Landers of our city. He leaves one sister, in the cast, together with many friends to mourn his loss,
