MINERVA LEWIS CENTERVILI.E - Minerva B. Lewis, 90, of 1920 Drake Ave. died at Golden Age Manor the morning of Feb. 20.

She was born Sept. 9, 1888, in Forbush to Phillip and Amy Vandorn Mincks and was a lifelong resident of the Centerville area. She married Phillip T. Lewis on July 27, 1910, at Rathbun. He died Sept. I, 1946. She was a member of Gospel Chapel.

Survivors: a son, John of Centerville; daughters Mildred Streepy of Centerville and Edna Buckingham of Ottumwa; one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Viola Thomas of Ottumwa

Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday at Miller-Wehrle Funeral Home in Centerville. Her son, John Lewis, will officiate. Burial: Oakland Cemetery. Visitation: 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
