DEATH OF MRS. MARSHALL

Operalon Performed in Hope of Saving
Her Life.

The death of Mrs. Emma B. Marshall, wife of Henry B. Marshall, 815 E. Maple street, occurred Saturday at the hospital. Tbe operation of
Caesarian section was performed in the hopes of saying her life and that of. her babe, but without avail. She was 37 years old. The family is one prominent in colored circles in the city and her death will be greatly mourned. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at the Second Baptist church, conducted by Rev. Boiling and interment at Oakland cemetery.
