Mrs. Jennie E. Dudley, 801 W. State, died Saturday, February 27, 1960, at the age of 92 years, ten months, and 25 days old.
Born April 2, 1867, on a farm near Plano, the daughter of John P. and Lydia Kingsbury Wales. She was married to Frank P. Dudley in December, 1889. Surviving are three children, Perry, Dudley, Mamie Dudley, and Glen Dudley, all of Centerville, and one grandson, Major Robert Dudley, of Camp Hood, Tex. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, Fred Dudley,
and one grandson, Billy Dudley.
Mrs. Dudley was a member of the Drake Avenue Christian Church. For many years, the Dudley family lived on a farm two miles north of Exline, until they retired and moved to Centerville 35 years ago.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home, with burial in the Exline Cemetery.
