CENTERVILLE - Maxine Moriarty, 75, of Centerville Route 1, died Feb. 5, 1994, at Putnam County Hospital in Unionville, Mo.
She was born Aug. 16, 1918, in Camp, Ark., to Odell and Della Dearringer Sutherland. She married Donald Moriarty on April 19, 1939, in Vinton.
She was a homemaker and a member of East Pleasant Church of Cincinnati.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Jimmie Dale Moriarty of New Virginia; four daughters, Marles Potten and Wyona Kay Bullard of Cincinnati, Regina Gooden of Bloomfield and Vicki Cowan of Centerville; a brother, Carl Sutherland of Camp, Ark.; a sister, Gladys Bartos of Traer; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Duley Funeral Home in Centerville, the Rev. Rodney Randall officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati.
Visitation will begin after 9 a.m. today. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society and left at the funeral home.
