James Quinlan does not appear on the plat maps, because he was dead when they were published. After James died & left the land in his will, the land was sold ….

The owner of the land in 1872 (shown on the Ratcliff map, 1872 - the dark plat map) was M. Heffernan.

The owner of the land by 1917 on the Anderson Publishing Plat Map, 1917, was T.A. Oestern
