Hi;
Halvor Johnson(B 1836 Norway) and brother George(B 1840, Norway,first name Jorgen)are living at Union Prairie with wifes and children in 1900 census. Both came to US in 1869. George(Jorgen) with his parents Johannes Johnsen and Ingeborg Halvorsdatter and siblings, Halvor w/ his wife and 2 children. All are in 1870 census Makee. Also older brother John(B 1830 Norway) John is married to Sarah and they have several children born in Iowa so migration would be several years before parents. Parents are most likely John and Emma shown living w/ John and Sarah in 1870 census.Unable to locate parents after 1870 census. John is not w/ Sarah in 1880 census. Sarah in 1900 census at Makee living w/ son Nels.
