Tara,

I see in the Postville Review of Sept. 8, 1883, a news blurb taken from the Waukon Democrat.

" John Hinchon and Jas Pratt went to Chicago last Manday to purchase a new printing office outfit to take to Bridgewater, D.T., where John will start a Democratic paper, and "Jim" will accompany him to do the mechanical work."

I wonder...is Jas "Jim" related to Royal and Mary Pratt ? I think D.T. refers to Dakota Territory but I do not see a Bridgewater listed in my map index for either N. Dakota or S. Dakota today...may be defunct.
