What County is Grand Meadows Postville in?

TRUDO, MCNALLY, ROUNDS, WALKER, BEUCHER GANO, HUTCHINSON, ZIEGLER, BIERBAUM, DUVENDACK

These families are in my genealogy research. All have lived or died in Clayton or Allamakee counties.

I know this sounds like a silly question, but on some documents I researched on family members Grand Meadows and Postville are listed either Allamakee county or Clayton. I was confused. Is Grand Meadows a town near Postville or in Postville and what counties should I list for research? Thank you for any clarification provided.
