Mrs. WILLARD (Minnie {Landt} Welsch) LIVINGOOD
Funeral services were held Friday, March 11, 1966 at 2:00 p.m., at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Postville, for Mrs. Willard Livingood who passed away at Community Memorial Hospital, Postville, on March 8. The Rev. Lenwood L. [illegible], pastor of St. Paul's was in charge of the rites. Burial was in Postville cemetery.
Mrs. Willard Livingood, nee Minnie Landt, the daughter of Carl Landt and Minnie Radloff Landt, was born in Clayton County, Monona township, on April 6, 1889. She was baptized April 9, 1889.
She died at the Community Memorial Hospital, Postville, on March 8, 1966 at the age of 76 years, 11 months, and two days. The deceased was married to Frank Welsch in 1910. They lived in Waterloo and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 1954 she moved to Postville and made her home here. On August 25, 1955 she was married to Willard Livingood.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Fred and Charles; one sister, Dalia, Mrs. George Kluss; and one half brother, Herman Landt. She is survived by her husband; one brother, Wm. Landt of Luana; one sister, Mrs. Freda Cox of Milwaukee; one half brother, Henry of Postville; one half sister, Mrs. Wm. Heins of Luana; and several nieces and nephews.
