Robert John Schulte

Robert John Schulte, son of Andrew and Kathryn (Griffin) Schulte was born February 8, 1932 in Spring Grove, Minn. and died September 29, 1994 in St. Luke's Hospital after a brain stem stroke.

He moved to Cedar Rapids in 1955 and worked for many years as a building contractor. He was married to Marilyn Heusman on April 20, 1963 in Cedar Rapids.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Kenneth.

Survivors include his wife, Marilyn, of Scottsdale, Arizona; three sons, Robert of Cedar Rapids, Douglas and Grant of Phoenix; two daughters, Maxine Schulte of Scottsdale and Jayne and Mitch Englander of Lake Forest, California; five brothers, James and Lorna of Postville, Ralph and Jane, Andrew and Mabel, Donald and Maureen, and R. Gregory and Sue, of Phoenix; and a sister, Kathryn and Francis Stortz of Waukon; and a sister-in-law, Peggy Schulte of Cedar Rapids.

Services were held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on Saturday, September 30, 1994.
